Meaning 

Digital marketing, also called online marketing, is the promotion of brands to connect with potential customers using the internet and other forms of digital communication. This includes not only email, social media, and web-based advertising, but also text and multimedia messages as a marketing channel.





Two types of marketing

Offline marketing is any type of marketing that is not done through internet. Offline marketing may involve different mediums and formats .

  • A search engine is a software program that helps people find the information they are looking for online using keywords or phrases

      Ex.google,yahoo,bing.
